I have been toying with changing the focus of (or more accurately, providing a focus for) this blog. Specifically, I'm going to spend more time talking about starting and building a business, with particular attention to specific details and challenges. My hesitancy in doing this is significant. I really don't want people to assume that I know what the hell I'm talking about. I think the greatest pain point for new entrepreneurs is entering an environment in which it sometimes appears that everybody knows a lot more than you do, and there really isn't that much to learn. In the end, passion about an idea and ability to execute on that passion are usually the two things you need to get moving, and then you just need to get used to spending tons of time and energy crossing t's and dotting i's along the way.
Nonetheless, providing some insight into why we've done X instead of Y might be helpful to a few folks and will serve as a fun way to communicate some of the behind the scenes opportunities and challenges and decisions at FeedBurner. We'll see.
