I'm reading it too. Just about 2/3 of the way through. So far I'm finding it incredibly yummy -- my girlfriend is laughing at how often during the course of a normal day something reminds me of this book. A few places where I had to exert a force of will to get through a few pages, but it's easy to trust Stephenson that patience will pay off. In fact, if you put it down and come back, there's usually something juicy even in the slow parts. Not looking forward to the end. I'm going to miss it when it's over.

By the way, there's a nice interview with Neal Stephenson about this book here: http://www.baroquecycle.com/interview.htm . Fairly free of spoilers, and a good read.
