i had to get a Sony Ericsson W800i for a project. wow, the camera on this thing just pretty much blows every cameraphone i've seen away.

Here's my Sony Ericsson K750 review.
All "(Mobile)" folders, and most of the latest "(MMS)" folders on my photos library are K750 based. At 1024, I barely notice any difference to the EOS300D.
In my opinion, this device is equivalent to a 2MP point and shoot at ISO 800 - nice pictures during day, some grain during night.
K750, W800 and the other T-Mobile version exactly the same internally.
Have a lot of fun with that device. Get a 1GB memory card and you'll also have an iPod shuffle. :)
