WineLog - needs more wines!
I drink a lot of wine. I was brought up in an italian household where there was always wine on the table for every meal, albeit cheap, shitty wine. Since then, my wine palate has refined a bit. I've been waiting for a site like WineLog which just launched today. Unfortunately, none of my favorites are in there for rating as of yet. It's early, so I imagine it will all be there soon.
This is a great example of a niche community site that could do really well - I imagine soon I'll be able to put JavaScript of my wine ratings on this blog, etc. hint, hint, hint.

They already have a feature to let you put your wine list on your blog, etc. with your choice of markup!
