Flickr gets memorialized in song
Check out the name of the first track on this album. Yep, it's called "Flickr" an apparently it is about pictures on Flickr. Could Stewie and Caterina have hoped for more?

IEBlog : IE Developer Toolbar Beta 3 - Now Available

we're kind of in that stage right now where a lot of applications don't fully support IE7 because it is so new (or perhaps because it isn't standards compliant - i'm not here to argue that) - but anyway, if you are developing for IE7 - you might want to take a look at this debugging aid from the IE7 team themselves.

Google Personalized Home gets tabs!

I was wondering how long it would take them to do it. http://www.google.com/ig now allows you to add additional tabs. Let's see if it's efficient when I add 5 of them like I have with Netvibes. I'm guessing it will be.

too many toolbars

I've started using IE7 almost exclusively because Firefox is just too much of a memory hog when it comes to using AJAX applications. More often than not, Firefox spins out of control making my system unusable. I really have grown to like the IE7 feed reading experience as well.
Using IE has opened up a whole new world of toolbars for me, which i generally find useful, but also has opened up a whole new world of clutter. I wish I had one toolbar. Here's what I use from each of them...
Google Toolbar
1. Google Calendar (the best online calendar)
2. Gmail (the best webmail)
3. Search (the best search)
4. Google Earth (great for scoping out international towns I have to visit)
5. Google SMS ( I often SMS myself notes from the web)
Yahoo! Toolbar
1. MyWeb (my fave bookmarking service)
2. Flickr (duh)
3. NCAA Football News
3. Soccer (Football) News
Windows Live Toolbar
1. Blog It (Windows Live Writer is fantastic)
2. Windows Live Messenger (the world's IM)
I really need to trim these down. Think I can get them all on one vertical 1280 pixel line?
