Well, it's been about 18 months, so I went back for another consultation because the technology has advanced, but still, no dice. I wanted to have Lasik surgery done, but it turns out my pupils are too big. Yes, it's true, my pupils normally dilate to a whopping 9mm wide and the laser only goes to 8 or 8.5 mm, so it's deemed too risky and they won't perform the surgery.
Great. The one time in my life I've got a physical characteristic that's bigger than everybody else's, and it's a detriment. Ain't that a bitch.
