I don't mean to be rude, but how come Andy Fastow gets to pick when he starts his prison sentence? I just read this morning that Lea Fastow starts her one year sentence today, and Andy will start his ten year sentence a year from now when his wife is released from prison.
Does that mean that if joe shmoe robs a convenience store while his wife is in prison, that he doesn't have to start serving his sentence until his wife is released? My goodness, can you imagine the great hue and cry that would go up if some concerned family services civil servant ever suggested such a thing? (note to self: look up "hue" in the dictionary).
I'm sure with all the money the Fastow's have, they can afford to have somebody look after the kids while mom and dad are up the river.
