A little late to the party is a simple, yet welcome addition to FeedBurner's user account management capabilities. New and current users can now provide a personal Secret Question and Answer pair that gives them an easy way to reset their account password in case it's forgotten. New users provide their Question and Answer at registration time; existing users may add their pairing by visiting My Account.
At any time thereafter, users only need to provide the Answer to their Secret Question in order to receive an opportunity to change their password. While it's true many sites will send you a forgotten password via email, FeedBurner does not yet require an email address, so the Q+A combination provides another avenue for privately restoring access to your account directly on our site.
