VNU's mobile channel is a very workable XHTML implementation, with some functional stylesheets and generally a really good mobile implementation of the full website. a recommended mobile bookmark.

Google Mobile Search
Google Mobile Search ( http://www.google.com/xhtml )is something i have wanted for quite a while. Not just the search engine formatted for an XHTML browser, but that the results can be just chosen from mobile results. This is awesome and amazingly powerful. Often you will do a search on your XHTML browser only to be directed to a regular HTML site that is totally useless from a mobile phone.
I generally hate WAP/XHTML to begin with, as it's just way to slow for my tastes, but occaisionally, it is the right tool for the job and Google has made it that much better with this. I've heard this works across all their languages as well. awesome!
