Tomorrow is the first day that Wireless Number Portability goes into affect. This should just about do all the remaining damage necessary to ATT Wireless, the single suckiest operator out there, and unfortunately, T-Mobile. I happen to like my T-Mobile service, but they're customer service is deplorable, you can't alter your plan online, which is psychotic, and their churn is already, i think, the largest among the major operators. So long, fellas, one or more of you is about to go away. Well, your fault for not getting out in front of this sooner. It's not like you didn't see it coming. If the churn numbers from the WNP launch in hong kong are any indication, tomorrow is going to be a bad day to work in the operator space in seattle.
