FeedBurner has launched its official interactive support and discussion site: FeedBurner Forums. This is the place to go for:
And of course, you can monitor every major forum topic via RSS -- there's even a forum-wide feed.
It's Election Day here in the U.S., so we feel that it's an appropriate time to launch an additional channel that allows our publisher community to have its say. You should continue to expect official product and company announcements right here at Burning Questions, but all future help and support-related content will be posted in appropriate locations within the Forums. (In fact, all of the previous "Help and Issues" postings you may have found in this blog have been reproduced in the "Tech Tips" section of the Forums. They're easier to locate and comment on over there.) We'll always accept email at feedback AT feedburner DOT com, but the forums are the best place to contribute to a growing public knowledge base.
Head on over to the Forums now: FeedBurner Forums

Nice job setting up the feedburner forums. I think that this will become a nice knowledge base for your users. I have been really pleased with your services and have actually featured some screen shots of your feeds in a book I recently authored on RSS Feeds & Blogs.
Keep up the good work. Any idea when you could give us advance info on when you are releasing new products? I would love to do beta testing on any of the upcoming services.

Thanks for the kind comments! What's the title of the forthcoming book?
We'll be sure to post word on new products right here at Burning Questions.
Posted by: matt at November 3, 2004 11:02 AMWhat is all this hoop-la about feed burner? I have read a little and sounds great but is this for the novice web monkey? I just started bloging and would like to learn more but this seems a bit hard and time consumming!
