I haven't tried this yet, but this service acts as a middle-man for used cell phones. Prices seem better than ebay's. they send you a check in 30 days. 30 days seems like a long time.

I have tried them and they suck, they got my phones in August 07 and it is now October 07 and they have never paid me. Don't believe them and don't do business with them. It is just another scam...

I agree, DON'T USE THEM, they suck!! They received my phones on 8-9-07 and today is 11-20-07 and I still have not received payment from them. So much for payment in 30 days. They only have email as their form of contact and when you email they assure you that "payment is on the way". I have been hearing that for months now and no check yet. I beleive I have been scammed by them. Please don't make the same mistake I made. They owe me $585. I think I have been had. It must be fraud. Learn from my mistake, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CASHMYPHONE.COM

I felt the same way about cashmyphone until today when i finally got my check. 10-10-07 they recieved my items. Have a little patience is all i can say. Hopefully you will get your check. Try this number and dont lose your cool with the people or just forget about your check. 718-837-2887 its a direct line. I called around 9:45am California time and they awnsered. Good Luck!!

Wish I saw these posts sooner. I may have been swindled($330.00) by these con-artists as well. I've been sending tons of emails to them and I tried the number but to no avail.
