Jet Lag shortens life span of mice

They don't know if it affects humans.  I am guessing it does.

I'm fairly certain a healthy lifestyle includes hunting and killing your food for lunch, followed by  a siesta, and does not include the destruction of one's cicadian rhythms.

The onset of winter in Chicago is usually accompanied by the desire to sleep 16 hours per day. A vestige of some sort of hibernation I'm sure...
